ABBA Athletics

This is a sporty logo made for Diane Wilson and Keith Cureton of "ABBA Athletics", a non-profit that focuses on providing sporting equipment for low-income students.

I had always envisioned this as a patch on a hat, or a raised embroidery at the breast of a shirt, so the crossed bat logo really felt like a proper sports icon.

There were a few passes we went through to get this one, so "Code Light", "Coolvetica", "EA" (yes, that one) as fonts were the most appropriate.
