Hey all, and welcome back to the portfolio of yours truly, Brandon Greene-Hooks. I have a rather odd combination of things to go over this time around, and plan to get to them after a relatively short announcement.

Due to a bug flying about the University, which I seem to have caught, I’ve been on-again-off-again ill; sneezing, coughing, soreness – the works. As such, progressing certain projects I intended on having available for you all to view, (which will each be explained in greater detail shortly), did not happen as planned, and will unfortunately have to wait a while longer. I’ll be visiting a doctor later this afternoon, and hope for a speedy recovery in order to get back on track with these projects. Now, on to the details.

The main concern at the moment is the 2D Animation page, which has been repeatedly pushed forward for various reasons in the past, but inevitably boils down to “it is not ready”. My intention was to have the pilot automatically be placed on the page on February 1st; however, in my sickness, I seemed to have made an error on the script that handled the aforementioned task, resulting in a negative value on the countdown, and no video. The new date for the Inverse video to be available is April 1st, 2014. No kidding.

Next up is the Game Development page, which will actually be updated today, but its Development subsection has been postponed to May 3rd, 2014. Today’s update consists of adding a download counter to the Download subsection, along with a migration of the Discussion subsection, from WordPress to Disqus, which I have been hearing many good things about as of late.

Beyond that, the 3D Modeling page has a would-be new series that has also been delayed to May 5th, 2014. I have yet to divulge any details about it, save the title, but the tab for it does indeed exist.

That’s it for now, everyone. I’ve got pages to update, scripts to debug, and artwork to make. Next time, I’ll be providing details for another upcoming event, so keep an eye out on the site, Facebook, and Twitter.
