Hey all, and welcome back to the portfolio of yours truly, Brandon Greene-Hooks. I’m making this post a bit later than I would have liked, but that just means I’ll have to double-time the alerts for it, to make sure as many people are aware of it as possible. With that being said, let’s get to it.
I’ve been asked to make an appearance at Arizona State University’s annual Fulton Engineering Open House; this year, it’s being called “Discover*E* Day“. My role there will be to aid in managing the Gaming Certificate booth, providing information about the program to inquisitive minds, and just overall enjoying the event. The Super Mario Bros. In First Person game will be apart of the showcase there, along with a handful of other games created by students enrolled in the program. We’ll also be giving out information regarding the 2014 Summer Game Camp, where Junior High and High School students can spend two weeks each developing their own games.
All in all, it’s going to be a great event, and if you have the time, feel free to join in the fun.

Below is a map to ease your travels; we’ll be at the (Z) Logo.
That’s all for now. Be sure to make your way to the event to check out not just the Gaming Certificate Booth, but the tens of other great displays there, and I’ll let everyone know if the location of our booth changes.
